Product leadership
meets Execution.

I've spent ten years getting things done across entrepreneurship, large-scale operations, and product management. The through-line has always been the same: take something complex, align the right people, and ship.

How I Work

From ambiguity to shipped.

01

User Empathy

I get close to users before I get close to the backlog. Understanding the frustration behind the ticket is where good product decisions start.

In practice

At Home Depot, talking directly to Pro Account Executives revealed they were being blindsided by order issues they had no visibility into — that insight became ProAssist.

02

Strategy

I start by understanding the problem, not the solution. Research and stakeholder discovery before a single user story is written.

In practice

At BIP Capital, shadowing the investment team revealed the platform's real problem was trust — not missing features. That insight shaped the entire roadmap.

03

Team Alignment

I keep teams unblocked. Clear requirements, prioritized backlogs, and enough runway that engineers are never waiting on me.

In practice

At Home Depot, I owned 10–15 active epics across a 10-engineer team while staying 2–3 sprints ahead of development.

04

Launch & Iterate

Shipping is the starting line. Post-launch data is the first real feedback — I treat it that way.

In practice

Iterating on ProAssist at Home Depot drove a 9.8% improvement in pro customer on-time completion rate — a metric that's extremely hard to move at Fortune 500 scale.

Salt DugoutMgr

HTML / CSS / JS / Firebase Firestore

Identified a real gap as a youth travel baseball head coach — no purpose-built tool existed for managing lineup rotations, pitch counts, and tournament compliance rules. Built a full-stack mobile web app from scratch and used it in real games throughout the 2026 tournament season.

  • Iterated through 11 versions over 6 weeks based on direct in-game feedback from the coaching staff
  • Designed real-time multi-device sync so up to 5 coaches could use the app simultaneously without conflicts

D-backs Draft Kit

Next.js / Supabase / Vercel

Authored a full PRD and built a web application to replace a spreadsheet-and-paper auction draft process for a 10-team youth baseball league. Live and deployed on Vercel with active ongoing iteration.

  • Authored a full PRD defining auction mechanics, evaluation aggregation rules, and data ownership across 10 coaches
  • Built predictive valuation models using 10 years of historical draft price data
  • Designed a full AI-agent engineering playbook — release gating, schema change process, and session audits — to make the build repeatable and safe

Let's talk.

I'm actively exploring PM roles in Atlanta and open to remote. If you're building something that needs product ownership from discovery to launch, I'd love to connect.
